Here's what's new and improved in this release of nShift Returns.
Returns Widget
- Consumers can now review a summary of their return before submitting it, showing the items being returned, the chosen refund method, the selected shipping option, any exchange variant, and the total cost. Enable it under Admin → Widget Settings → Market Setup → Preferences. It is off by default for existing merchants and on for new ones.
- Return reasons can now be hidden once an order reaches a certain age - for example, showing withdrawal reasons only within the first 14 days. The day count uses the same date your shop already uses for return periods. Reasons without a rule continue to show as before.
API
itemFulfillmentDateis now supported on Push Orders Consolidated endpoint. When item-level return periods are enabled, each item's return window is calculated from this date.
