The History section in Scan App gives you an overview of the scans and status events recorded under your user over the last 30 days, across any devices you're signed in to. It provides visibility of your recent submissions, helping you track shipment activity more effectively.
Accessing History
Open the History tab in the bottom navigation. The History tab appears when it's included in your Action Center's navigation order.
Filtering by date
At the top of the screen, quick-filter chips let you narrow History by date:
All - every entry from the last 30 days.
Today - entries from today (selected by default).
Yesterday - entries from yesterday.
Filters
Tap the filter icon in the header to open the filter sheet. The icon is filled when a filter is active, and filters apply immediately and are remembered.
Not closing events - only show submissions still in transit.
Group by shipment - cluster scans into their parent shipment. This is especially useful when a shipment contains multiple parcels.
Tap Done to close the sheet. To clear a filter, toggle it back off.
Entries
Entries are grouped by day, with Today and Yesterday headers and dates such as "Mon, 01.02" for older days. Each entry card shows a colored icon, an identifier (see below), the event name, the time it was scanned, and the recipient's name and address when available.
Entry icons
The icon shows what kind of entry it is, and the card shows the matching identifier:
Package - a single parcel scan; the card shows the package number.
Shipment - a shipment-level entry; the card shows the shipment number.
Container - a scan added to a container; the card shows the container name or label.
Status colors
The icon's background color reflects the entry's status, so you can scan the list at a glance:
Green - a closing delivery event (the delivery is completed).
Blue - in progress.
Red - an exception with the delivery.
Grey - a container event, or an event not processed yet.
