What's new
The Statistics Report is now available under Reports in nShift Track, alongside the Shipment Report.
The report shows shipment and package volume over time, broken down by carrier and product. It covers the same data as the previous Statistics page, rebuilt with the same modern interface as the rest of the Reports section.
What you can do
Filter your data by organisation, organisation unit, member account, carrier, and date range. The default view covers the past 12 months. Filters work the same way as in the Shipment Report — nothing selected means all selected.
Read the charts in three views:
- Shipments vs packages — volume over time for both
- Shipments CY vs LY — current year compared to last year
- Packages CY vs LY — current year compared to last year
Explore the data tables in eight tabs:
- Shipment count
- Package count
- Shipment count (including deleted)
- Package count (including deleted)
- Shipment share
- Average number of packages per shipment
- Average shipment weight – Inhouse
- Average shipment weight – Carrier
Export to Excel using the export button in the top-right corner.
Access
The Statistics Report requires a Track licence. If you have access to the Shipment Report, you have access to Statistics.
Navigate to: Track → Reports → Statistics
Notes
The previous Statistics page (under the old navigation) remains available while customers transition. It will be deprecated once customers have moved to the new version.
