nShift Companion is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you get more out of nShift Track. You can ask it questions about how Track works or get guidance on how to configure it — without leaving the application.
Where to find Companion
Companion is available directly in the Track dashboard.
- Open nShift Track.
- Click the Companion button in the top navigation bar.
- A panel will open on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Accept the terms and conditions to start using Companion.
What you can do with Companion
Companion can answer questions about nShift Track — how features work, where to find settings, and how to configure the product to fit your needs.
Ask your own question
Use the free text field to ask anything Track-related. For example:
- How do I set up notifications on Delivered events?
- Where can I find my shipment reports?
- Can I add Track Public Pages as a widget on my own website?
- What is Scan App?
Interacting with Companion's responses
For each response from Companion, you can:
- Copy the response
- Give thumbs up or thumbs down feedback
- Regenerate the response
Your feedback helps us continuously improve Companion.
If Companion does not answer your question as expected, try rephrasing your request or using the regenerate option.
Things to keep in mind
- Companion answers questions about Track as a product — it does not have access to your shipment data yet.
