New: nShift Companion is now in Track

nShift Companion is now embedded directly in the Track dashboard. You can open it from the top navigation bar without leaving the page.

Companion is an AI assistant that can answer questions about how Track works and help you find and configure settings — no need to dig through documentation or raise a support ticket.
 

Bug fixes

• Search no longer freezes on certain inputs — Typing specific patterns into the dashboard search bar could cause the loading spinner to hang indefinitely. This is now fixed.
   
• "Returns in progress" and "Shipments in progress" links now work — Clicking these links on the dashboard overview now correctly navigates to the expected pages.
