Improvements to Reports

Saved filters

Users can now save the current filter configuration — including date range, filter values, data scope, and direction/view toggles — as a named favorite preset. Saved filters can be reloaded at any time from a dropdown in the filter bar, and they persist across sessions and devices. When loading a saved filter, users can choose to overwrite it or save their changes as a new filter.
 

Favorite filters

Saved filters can be starred as favorite filters, making them available as one-click shortcuts directly in the filter bar — without opening the full quick favorites dropdown.
 

Bug fixes

Carrier prices visible in reports despite being disabled — Carrier prices appeared in report data even when carrier prices had been turned off in settings. The setting is now correctly respected.

CSV export failed when sorting by Package Number — Exporting a report as CSV with Package Number as the sort field caused a server error. This export now completes successfully.

Carrier ETA missing for some shipments in reports — The CarrierEtaStart and CarrierEtaEnd fields were not populated when the ETA came from a Return Data event, causing blank values in the report for affected shipments. These fields are now correctly populated regardless of which event source provides the ETA.
