FedEx Web Services (WS) will move to legacy-only status and is no longer supported from 1 June. While the service continues to function for now, customers should be aware that it operates without vendor support, meaning any disruptions or issues will not be addressed by FedEx, and customers are strongly encouraged to migrate to the new solution to avoid potential disruption.
nShift has secured an extension from FedEx covering all nShift customers, providing additional time to complete the migration to the new solution. Although the current connection is approaching end of support, nShift will support customers throughout the transition to help ensure a smooth migration.
