The Scan App admin within your organization has set you up with access to Scan App.
You may have just received an email with the subject "Set your password" or similar. This guide explains what to do with that email, how to download Scan App, and how to log in.
Step 1: Set your password
You should have received an email asking you to set a password. This is how your account is created.
- Open the email and click the Set password link
- You'll be taken to a web page - choose a password you can remember, or store it in a password vault.
- Click Save or Confirm
That's it - your account is now active.
Step 2: Download Scan App
Scan App is a free download from the App Store or Google Play.
On iPhone or iPad: Download on the App Store
On Android: Get it on Google Play
If you have trouble finding it just by typing "Scan App" try to search for "nShift" and you might have better luck. It should look like the picture above.
Step 3: Log in for the first time
Once you have downloaded the app:
- Open Scan App on your device
- Click "Sign in with nShift"
- Enter your username - this is the username your employer registered for you and as given in the email you received to Set Password (see Step 1).
- Click continue.
- Enter the password you just set
- Tap Log in
