We are launching an improved Shipment report that brings shipments, packages, and returns together in one place – with improved filtering and fully configurable views.

Highlights

  Switch between Shipment and Package, and filter by All, Outbound, or Return — without leaving the page.
   
• Smarter filtering
  Active filter chips with quick removal, plus multi-select for carriers, services, statuses, and countries.
   
• Configurable columns
  Choose, reorder, and resize columns. Your layout is saved per user.
   
• Flexible date selection
  Use presets with daylight-saving-aware ranges.
   
• Export your view
  Export to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV using your current column setup.

  Save and reapply a full report setup in one click.
   
• Search within results
  Add text search on top of your current filters.
   

How to access

Go to nShift Portal → Reports → Shipments.

Use the View and Direction selectors in the Data scope panel.
 

Availability

The new report must be enabled for your account. If you have a Track subscription and don’t see the Reports tab, enable it via user management or contact nShift support.
