X.1 Delivery options are not shown
Possible reasons:
- No valid rule matched the order
- Carrier service temporarily unavailable
- Incorrect Shopify connection settings
Missing carrier contract in nShift’s Shipping Solution (Delivery, Ship, Transsmart)
X.2 Wrong prices in checkout
Check:
- Rule priority
- Price calculation logic
- Currency conversion per market, configured in Shopify
- Overlapping rules
X.3 Pickup points not loading
Ensure:
- The carrier supports pickup service
- Address fields are complete
- You have enabled pickup rules
X.4 “Rate provider returned no rates” error
Often caused by:
- Invalid weight/size combinations
- Carrier API downtime
- Invalid currency configuration: Shopify storefront’s default currency not matching the currency configured in nShift Checkout UI
- Missing mapping between Shopify and nShift Checkout configuration
