Edit User
This article describes how to edit an existing user and manage their access to Returns functionalities.
If you want to set up a new user, please refer to this article: Configuring a user in nShift Portal
Step 1 – Navigate to Customer Users
Go to Settings
Select Company Management
Click Customer Users
Step 2 – Search for the User
You can search using:
Username / Name
Installation ID
Email address
Click Search, then select the user you want to edit.
Step 3 – Edit Usage Profile
Open the selected user.
Navigate to Usage Profile.
Locate Returns.
Toggle the required functionalities on or off as needed.
Click Save.
