We’re introducing new Shipment, Package, and Search reports in Track & Trace as part of a refactoring initiative. The purpose of this change is to update the underlying reporting engine and codebase.

The user interface will be updated to align with the look and feel of other products in the nShift Portal; however, the report functionality will remain unchanged.

The new reports will automatically replace the existing reports in Track & Trace. No action or permission changes are required to access them.

The release is expected by the end of January 2026. We are sharing this information as a service to make customers aware of the change, should any unexpected issues occur following the update.
