The following changes are planned for DHL Freight Finland (FI, carrier concept ID 98), and we are providing this notification as a courtesy to inform our customers in advance.

• Package counters will change to EAN refillable on January 13, 2026.

The change will happen automatically for all cloud customers. On-premises customers must contact nShift Customer Service to update their counter type to the new one. DHL Finland will stop supporting the current counter type, and failing to update may lead to problems with tracking shipments.
