FedEx is urging all existing customers to migrate to their new API by the end of March 2026. 

You can find the new FedEx services in your account under the Help-Code list – click on Show. The old FedEx services are now listed under FedEx (Legacy). Contact Delivery Support to add FedEx manually if you can’t find the new FedEx (no extra cost for you).

Registration process

• Fill in the FedEx registration form with your existing Account number: https://fedex.nshiftcarrier.com/fedex/registration-form 
• You need to prepare a FedEx Account Number beforehand; this is a mandatory detail in order to finalize the registration form.
• Make sure the information you fill in the form corresponds with what you have saved on your FedEx account. If there are any issues during the form registration, you may contact FedEx directly.

Child credentials

• You will get your own set of Child key and Child secret via the registration form.
• Each set of Child credentials will be linked to a so-called “Parent credentials”.

Parent credentials

• You don’t need to add the Parent Key credentials (these are already defaulted for the Delivery platform).

FedEx credentials in the GUI

1. Log into Delivery.
    
2. Go to Maintenance > Senders.
   
   
    
3. Click Search to find the sender you use to create FedEx shipments.
    
4. Click the edit  icon next to the sender.
    
5. Go to the Carriers section > FedEx.
    
6. Enter your FedEx Account number, Child Key and Child secret.
   
   
    
7. Click Save.

FedEx credentials through integration

Enter the FedEx Account number, Child Key and Child secret in the JSON or XML file. If you need help, contact your integration partner.
