- Added support for an admin override on returns flagged as “non-returnable products”.
- End consumers will still not be able to register these returns.
- Admins, however, can now override them when necessary.
- We also support overrides for returns marked as “period exceeded”, allowing merchants to process returns for items that have passed the return window.

Frontend
- Enhanced Inbound Analytics
- Added three new views: "Returns Awaiting to Be Scanned", "Returns handled this week vs. the previous week" and "Average resolution time".
- Improved Most Returned Products view.
- The view has been redesigned for a clearer layout.
- It now displays 10 products instead of 5.
- Timezone Improvements
- The Returns Portal now automatically displays in the correct local timezone, based on the customer’s browser settings.
