This update replaces the old version, which will fix the problem with the incorrect pickup dates.
With the new solution, there are a few important things to know:

Customer Number Issuer
- When booking a pickup, you now need to select which PostNord company issued your customer number.
- There are four possible issuers to choose from – make sure you select the correct one.

Pickup Country
- In addition to the pickup address, you also need to specify the country where the pickup will take place.
- PostNord’s API will check that your chosen Customer Number Issuer matches the country you select.

Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is approved, you will see the booking number and a preliminary pickup time directly in the system.

How to book a pickup

Go to Shipments > Pickup booking

Choose Manual booking for > PostNord Sweden AB
(same path as before).

Enter your pickup details

Submit your booking.

Check the GUI for confirmation.
