If you have questions regarding your invoice or your nShift subscription, please contact our Finance department by submitting a request.

1. Click Submit a request.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose Invoice and Subscription questions.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the form. Explain your question in as much detail as possible in the Description field. 
   
   
4. Click the Submit button. If this is your first time contacting nShift Customer Service or the Finance department, you will receive a welcome email with a link to create a password and sign in. You must complete this step before we receive your request. 
   
   
5. Next, you will receive another email with a request ID, confirming that we have received your request.
