Blocking repeated exchanges of the same item
To prevent repeated exchanges, we now have the ability to block return actions for exchange orders when further exchanges are not allowed. Additionally, the public API has been updated with an isExchange field so customers can identify if an order is the result of an exchange and choose to block it from being exchanged again.
Copying settings from one market to another market
Customers with multiple markets can now easily replicate settings across markets by clicking the three dots next to a market name and selecting “Copy Settings”. This streamlines configuration by allowing changes made to one market to be propagated to others.
Changes can be selectively applied to one or more markets and limited to specific setting categories like Emails, Branding, and more. For example, updating the background image for one market can now be effortlessly replicated across all markets in just a few clicks.
Auto-assign market based on rules
Introduced market auto-assignment based on pushed data via the Push API. In addition to using the traditional market code, markets can now be assigned dynamically through configurable rules, enabled by setting the AutoAssign property on the customer.
Sync shipment statuses for customers who use Ship
We now have periodic syncs in place for shipments created through Ship, so that the Admin shows the correct and up-to-date status of the return shipment generated through our platform.
