nShift Emissions Tracker provides comprehensive emissions calculation capabilities for shipments to and from any country in the world. Our global coverage ensures you can track and report emissions across your entire supply chain, regardless of origin or destination.

While our solution is globally available, we organize our coverage information into three geographic segments to highlight important regional differences in emissions profiles:


Nordic Countries

The Nordic region is highlighted separately due to its distinct emissions profile:

These countries are characterized by more ambitious carbon reduction obligations and higher incorporation rates of renewable diesel in their fuel mix compared to other European regions. Global Coverage

Emissions Tracker calculates emissions for shipments to and from all other countries and territories worldwide not listed in the Nordic or European sections above. This global coverage includes all nations across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and any other regions not specifically enumerated in the previous sections.

Important Notes on Geographic Coverage:

  • All emissions calculations use the standardized methodologies from the Network for Transport Measures (NTM)
  • Our calculations incorporate regional differences in fuel composition and regulatory requirements, drawing upon the comprehensive data in the Handbook for Emission Factors to ensure accurate emissions reporting for each geographic area.
  • Our centralized reporting dashboard provides unified visibility across all global shipments
  • The calculation precision accounts for regional variations in emissions factors worldwide
