Improvements and fixes

• New options under Import, making it possible to replace an existing order in Inbox if the additional order number already exists.
  
  
• Value from NumberOfPieces field is now copied correctly into Quantity on detail lines.
  
  
• Fixed issue with virtual container ID being lost when performing a manual print from Inbox.
