The Returns overview page in the nShift Returns admin interface allows you to manage return requests efficiently. You can filter returns by criteria such as status, shipment status, return type, and more. Additionally, you can search for specific returns and view detailed information, including refunds and reconversions.

Navigating to the Returns overview page
- Log in to your nShift Returns account.
- Click Admin in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the Returns tab.
Page layout
The Returns overview page is divided into two main sections:

The filter panel allows you to narrow down the list of returns based on specific criteria:

The main section displays a list of return requests in a table format with the following columns:
- Return # - Unique identifier for each return request
- Order # - The order number associated with the return
- Alternative Order # - Order ID used with the API.
- Created - Date and time when the return was created
- Customer - Customer's name and email address
- Status - The current status of the return (e.g., Processed)
- Shipment status - Current status of the return shipment
- Return type - The type of return (e.g., Claim, Refund)
- Reconversion - The reconversion amount (if applicable)
- Refund - The refund amount processed for the return

To find a specific return request, you can use the Search field at the top of the page by entering an order number, tracking number, customer email, or customer name.
You can use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to go to specific pages and adjust how many orders are displayed on each page.
