The Orders overview page in the nShift Returns admin interface provides an easy way to manage your customers' orders. You can filter orders by market, date or search for specific orders. Additionally, you can initiate a return, claim or exchange by clicking the Return button next to an order.
This guide will walk you through the main features and functionalities of the Orders overview page.
Navigating to the Orders overview page
- Log into your nShift Returns account.
- Click Admin in the top navigation bar.
- Make sure you are on the Orders tab.
Page layout
The Orders page is divided into two main sections:
1. Filter
The filter panel allows you to narrow down the list of orders based on specific criteria:
- Market: Use the dropdown menu to select a specific market (e.g., Misfits). This will display only the orders associated with that market.
- Start Date and End Date: Use the date pickers to filter orders within a specific time range.
- Clear All: Click this link to reset all filters.
2. Order list
The main section displays a list of orders in a table format with the following columns:
- Order # - Unique identifier for each order
- Date - Date and time when the order was created
- Email - Customer's email address
- Customer - Customer's name
- Market - The market associated with the order
- Status - The current status of the order
- Return Orders - If a return has been initiated, the return number will be displayed here
- Return Button - Clicking this button opens a return registration form
Use the Search field at the top of the page to find a specific order by entering an order number, customer email, or customer name.
The pagination controls at the bottom of the page can be used to navigate to specific pages and control the number of orders shown per page.
