If the user has forgotten their order number they can use email login to access the Returns widget. Using this feature will allow the user to log in using a secure email link, eliminating the need to use the order number. 

How it works

1. Click Forgot order number? at the login page.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the email associated with the order to be returned. The user will receive an email with a link to access their order. 
   
   
3. Click the link in the email to automatically log in. This is a secure method since only the registered email owner can access the return. 
   
   
4. Follow the steps on the screen to register your return. For more information on how to use the Returns widget, please see: Use the Returns Widget
