The Exchange feature allows your end-customers to seamlessly exchange items, such as selecting a different color or size. This feature is available for Premium customers.

When the Exchange feature has been activated, nShift Returns checks product availability by pulling all available products and stock levels.
Order management
While a new order can be created in external systems, we strongly recommend using our API to pull the necessary information and manage the exchange process.
