You can find this feature under Widget Settings > Market Setup, where you can set up how claims are handled. It allows you to determine how much manual review is required before items are returned.

1. Log in to the Return portal and go to Widget Settings > Market Setup.
   
   
2. Click on Pre Approval Adapters.
   
   
3. Select one of the three choices and click Save and apply.
   • Only Claims - if you only want Claims to go through the manual approval process.
   • All Returns - If all return requests should be manually approved.
   • No pre-approval needed - if you want automatic pre-approval of all return requests.
