At times, you may find it appropriate to resolve a return case by offering a partial refund. This approach is often used when addressing a customer complaint while allowing them to keep the item.

1. Go to the Admin interface.
   
   
2. Click on the relevant Return order.
   
   
3. Click the pencil icon next to the item price.
   
   
   
   
4. Choose between a Percentage or a Flat discount. The examples below show a 25% discount vs. a flat discount of 20 EUR. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click Apply.
   
   
6. Check Process refund and Submit changes.
