At times, you may find it appropriate to resolve a return case by offering a partial refund. This approach is often used when addressing a customer complaint while allowing them to keep the item.
- Go to the Admin interface.
- Click on the relevant Return order.
- Click the pencil icon next to the item price.
- Choose between a Percentage or a Flat discount. The examples below show a 25% discount vs. a flat discount of 20 EUR.
- Click Apply.
- Check Process refund and Submit changes.
