Major features:
Checkout integration in the New Widget
It is now possible to integrate Checkout in the new Returns widget. Portal Credentials must be added in the admin interface for the connection to work and then the appropriate checkout connection can be selected at the market level.

Flow level shipping options
Previously, the price for a shipping option was set at the market level. We have now introduced the possibility to disable specific carriers for certain flows (Returns, Claims or Exchanges) or set a different price for the respective flows. This enables our customers, for example, to set a specific return price for someone returning an item while charging less or nothing at all for someone exchanging an item.
Partial refund
If customer service decides not to issue a direct refund for a return but wants to resolve the issue in another way, such as repairing the item, we now offer the option to do a Partial Refund, deducting up to 100% of the item's value.
Admin UI re-design
Based on customer feedback, the admin UI has been redesigned to look more modern and work better with wider screens making it more user-friendly.
Editing the shipping fee and return fee after the return is created
The return fee and shipping fee are automatically set based on the flow configuration and the shipping options. However, there may be situations where the customer service team needs to adjust these fees, either increasing or decreasing them, for specific cases.
Support for returning and dealing with bulk returns
The admin can now set a bulk group threshold at the market level deciding how many identical items in an order are grouped as one "bulk group". End users can then return all grouped items at once, avoiding multiple return processes and selecting reason and condition for each item. In the admin interface, bulk-returned items can be ungrouped to apply different conditions to individual items.
Added support for new languages in the Admin interface
We now support multiple new languages in the admin interface.
Custom reason codes and translations
It is now possible to set a custom key for each reason code (which will be received when taking returns via our API) or custom translations for any language.
