Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors in order to access an application. MFA is recommended to increase security, protect against password attacks, and comply with data security and protection requirements, such as GDPR.
An email address is required on all profiles, including the default profile, to support enhanced security through multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Add an email address to profiles
- Go to Maintenance > Profiles.
- Use the search function to search for profiles.
- Click the edit icon to the left of a profile.
- Enter an email address in the Email field. The email address you provide will receive the authentication code needed to log in with MFA.
- Click Finish.
Activate MFA
- Go to Maintenance > My account.
- Click Integrity settings.
- Check the Active check box in the Multi-factor authentication (MFA) section.
- Click Save.
Log in with MFA
- Go to the nShift Delivery login page.
- Select Profile login.
- Log into a nShift Delivery account where:
- Go to your email inbox.
- Retrieve the authentication code from the email sent from noreply@unifaunonline.xx. (Where xx can vary depending on which region you belong to.)
- Enter the code from the email in the field Authentication code.
- Click Verify.
