Would you like to provide your customers with the same delivery options for returns as they had during Checkout? Connect your nShift Checkout and Returns products and use Checkout in Returns.
- Log into Returns and go to Settings > Portal integration.
- Add your Portal Client ID and Portal Client Secret. (If you do not have a Client ID and Secret, follow the instructions here to create it)
- Click Save changes.
- Go to Widget Settings > Market Setup and locate the market you want to enable Checkout on.
- Select the Checkout connection you want to use from the drop-down list under Checkout Connection.
- Use the toggle button to enable/disable the checkout widget. When Checkout is enabled it replaces any other shipping options.
- Click Save and apply.
