This article will explain how to configure custom translations and keys for your reasons. Reasons are the choices your customers can make when making a return.
- Go to Settings in the top menu and choose Custom reasons in the menu on the left.
- Select the language from the drop-down menu at the top.
- Fill in custom keys and translations - see more information below.
- Click Save changes.
Explanation of the columns

Key: the nShift value returned in APIs and reports.

Translation: The translation by nShift for each language.

Custom key: Any key added here will replace the nShift key in the API. The custom key remains the same across all languages.
- Custom translation: Text entered here will replace the nShift translation in the Return widget and Admin interface. A custom translation can be added for each language.
Note: If no custom key or translation is added the default values will be used.
