This guide will explain how to add your DHL e-ID to your account in nShift WEB-TA. The e-ID is generated by DHL and can be requested here: Apply for DHL e-ID - DHL Freight - Sweden.

Once you have received the e-ID from DHL, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Price configuration.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Add new.
   
   
   
   
3. Choose DHL_FREIGHT from the Price provider drop-down list.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the e-ID in the External username field along with the password received from DHL.
   
   
   
   
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
   
   
6. You are now back at the Current price query credentials page (picture in step 2). Click the To configuration page link.
   
   
7. Choose DHL_FREIGHT as the price provider for the products you are using, and click the Save button below the list of carriers.
