This ensures that your customers can continue to complete their purchases even if the carrier services are down, avoiding disruptions and maintaining a seamless shopping experience.
In nShift Checkout, you can choose whether a Delivery option should be shown as Fallback. If the Fallback toggle button is active, the delivery option will be shown as a fallback, even if the carrier service is down. It is recommended to have at least one fallback option. Please note that a fallback option will not be shown if it is not available in the receiver country so it is a good idea to choose fallback options that are available in all the countries you are shipping to.
