How to Escalate a Support Case
If your expectations are not met, or if we fail to fulfill our obligations, you have the option to escalate your ticket. Here’s how:
- Log In: Visit our Help Center and log into your account.
- Navigate to My Activities: Under your profile, select “My Activities.”
- Select the Ticket: Find the ticket that requires further attention.
- Request Escalation: Post a comment on the ticket with the word #escalate to notify us of your concerns.
Upon submitting your comment, both the agent handling your case and their Team Manager will be alerted. This should ensure that your ticket receives the additional attention it needs.
Please note! Writing #escalate more than once does not increase the attention.
