Customers are now able to upload their own font via the Self-Service.
After agreeing to the disclaimer, the customers can upload their own fonts, by selecting files for the different weights. Once the files are saved, together with a font name, the font can be set for any of their markets, allowing the customer to have a more unique identity, more representative of their brand.
Customers can make the return journey easier and more hassle-free by skipping the selection of reasons or conditions.
By setting only one reason or condition via the self service application, the condition or reason selection will no longer appear for the end consumer. Thus, the single default value will be saved on the return, and the end consumer is fewer clicks away from returning their product.
Other included changes
Integrations:
- New integration with Perfion for pulling product images.
- Ability to pull custom attributes from Shopify for the order items.
- Improve the Ship integration so that it doesn’t fail if we get back empty documents and we ignore them.
New Widget:
- Improve UI experience by automatically expanding the return instructions after finishing a return.
- Language selection has been moved so that it doesn’t overlap with the actual widget content on certain mobile devices and when scrolling.
Public API:
- Swagger documentation for the Public API methods.
- Increase the maximum allowed quantity for one order line from 200 to 999 (to be able to store larger orders that some customers have).
- Add “OutboundTrackingNumber” as a property on the order item pushed through the public API.
