Working in different Time Zones? We are releasing a change at the beginning of July to help make life easier for customers working in different Time Zones. 

Previously, Ship cloud solutions have used the server time to set the time stamp on shipments, import files, API requests, etc. Going forward, we will use the time zone set on each actor for all time stamps. The default time used if no time zone has been set by you is CET/CEST (UTC+1).

It is easy to set the Actor time zone. Read our guide here on how to do it. We recommend checking that you have the correct time zone set before the release in July. 

The Actor time zone will be used when getting the date and time in API requests and file imports. It will also be used for time stamps on shipments.
