As a Premium customer, you can enable up to six custom addons in your nShift Checkout configuration. Custom addons are data fields that you can customize to fit your business needs. Custom addons added in the Extras section apply to the entire Checkout while custom addons added under Delivery options will apply to a specific delivery option.
Enable a Custom addon at the Checkout level
- Go to Extras in the menu on the left side and click on Custom addon to expand the section.
- Click on an addon and set the Active switch to ON. Check the Preselected box if the addon should be automatically chosen in advance. Check the Mandatory box if the addon should be required for the service.
- Enter a Title. This is mandatory and will be displayed in your Checkout.
- Enter a Price if relevant. You also have the option to add additional Fields and API values if needed.
- Click Save.

Enable a custom addon to a Delivery option
- Click on the Delivery Option that you want to add a custom addon to.
- Expand the Custom addon section.
- Click on one of the fields and set the configuration options.
