2.1.1      Connecting nShift TMS to nShift Portal

In this release we are making it possible for TMS to receive carrier status updates from carriers in the nShift Central Carrier Library through nShift Portal. This work also lays the groundwork for connecting TMS to nShift Portal and the additional products, insights and value adding services available there.
