Extra data fields are used to add additional information to your Checkout. If you add Extra data fields in the Extras section, the fields will apply to the entire Checkout and not be related to a specific delivery option.
You also have the option to make extra data fields available at the delivery option level. Fields added at this level are related to a delivery option.
Enable Fields at the Checkout level
- Go to Extras in the menu on the left side.
- Click on Fields to expand the section and check the relevant data fields. Available extra fields are:
- Mobile
- Phone
- Email
- Door code
- Delivery instruction
- Contact name
- Click the name of a field to set the properties. Check the Mandatory box if it should be required for your customers to supply the information. Check the Hidden box if the field should be hidden from the customer. Information may be retrieved from existing information and is not required for the customer to enter again.

Enable Fields on a Delivery option
- Click on the Delivery Option that you want to add extra fields to.
- Expand the Fields section.
- Click on the field you want to add and set the configuration options.
