As a part of our continuous improvements and to support the latest technology, we are updating all our FTP servers. No action is needed on your part!

When?

The scheduled maintenance is performed on Sunday the 21st of April 2024, starting at 07:00 CEST and lasting approximately 2 hours. Ship and Track customers may experience a disruption to the following services:

• FTP servers will be unstable and partly inaccessible during the period. No data will be queued or processed during the maintenance window!
  
  
• The processing of return/status data from carriers received during the maintenance window will potentially be affected.

nShift Portal and our hosted platform (Shipment Server, Ticket, etc.) will operate as normal and will not be affected.
