DHL SE, DK and FI are discontinuing their old pricing webservice and will change to a new pricing API by mid-January 2024. This will affect Ship customers using standard price calculation. If you do not update your credentials, you will no longer be able to receive prices from DHL in Ship. 

DHL Sweden

Customers using the DHL SE module in Ship must apply for a DHL e-ID here:

Once the e-ID has been obtained, please follow our guide to add the ID to Ship or reach out to nShift Customer Service.

DHL Denmark and Finland

Customers using DHL DK and DHL FI will receive the new credentials from DHL. Once the new credentials have been received, please follow our guide to add them to Ship or reach out to nShift Customer Service.
