If you have an SLA (Service Level Agreement) with your carriers and they send status information to nShift, we can make the data available in nShift Portal. It will enable you to generate reports with carrier performance and to display ETA information on your branded tracking page.
The XML configuration file needed to enable Carrier Performance data in Portal is made by nShift but we need specific information from you to set it up. This article contains an overview of the information that the customer must provide to nShift.

Explanation for each of the columns:

CARRIER: Name of the carrier, eg. DHL, PostNord, Bring, FedEx.

PRODUCT: Name of the carrier product. This is also sometimes referred to as a service. Examples: PostNord MyPack, Economy Select Dutiable, DHL Paket, Home Delivery, Express.

SERVICE: Add-on services that can be selected for a product, eg. Climate compensation, Collect in store, Pickup request, Saturday Delivery.

FROM: Country and postcode. Country is mandatory and postcode is optional. It is possible to add multiple postcodes.

TO: Country and postcode. Country is mandatory and postcode is optional. It is possible to add multiple postcodes.

CUTOFF: The time given here determines how the ETA is calculated. Time before the cutoff on a certain date is calculated as "today" and any time after the cutoff but still on the same date is calculated as "tomorrow", i.e. shipment will be picked up/leave the warehouse the next day.

PICKING TIME: Duration of the picking process, i.e. number of minutes used at the warehouse for picking and preparing a shipment. This can be relevant if a label is printed at 16:55 and the pickup time is set to 17:00. If the picking time is set to 20 minutes, it means that the shipment will not be sent on the current date but will be ready for pickup on the next day. Picking time can be omitted.

PICKUP: Days when the carrier collects shipments from the warehouse. 1= Monday, 2=Tuesday, 3=Wednesday 4=Thursday, 5=Friday, 6=Saturday, 7=Sunday.

TRANSPORT: Days when the carrier carries out transportation of shipments. 1= Monday, 2=Tuesday, 3=Wednesday 4=Thursday, 5=Friday, 6=Saturday, 7=Sunday.

DELIVERY: Days when the carrier carries out deliveries of shipments. 1= Monday, 2=Tuesday, 3=Wednesday 4=Thursday, 5=Friday, 6=Saturday, 7=Sunday.
- SLA: The carrier service level agreement for the product and combination of "From" and "To" destinations.
