It is possible to change the language used in Portal and Ticket. 

1.  Log in to nShift Portal.
   
   
2.  Click on My Account in the top right corner and choose Edit profile.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Locale tab. Choose your preferred language in the language drop down menu and click Save.
   
   
   
   
4. You may need to log out and log in again for the changes to take place.
