It is possible to change the language used in Portal and Ticket.
- Log in to nShift Portal.
- Click on My Account in the top right corner and choose Edit profile.
- Click the Locale tab. Choose your preferred language in the language drop-down menu and click Save.
- You may need to log out and log in again for the changes to take place.
Officially supported languages in nShift Portal
The following languages are officially supported and validated:
- English
- Danish
- Dutch
- Finnish
- Norwegian

The other available languages are translated using AI and can be used, but they are not officially supported.
