- Go to Setup in nShift On-premises.
- Click on the top level - Installation - in the tree structure and open Server Printers.
- Choose the printer with the issue and make sure the type is set to LP2844.
- Click Advanced.
- Choose the Commands tab.
- In the drop-down menu, select the following items in the order below:
- Delete all Forms and click Execute
- Delete all Graphics and click Execute
- Print Forms and Graphics and click Execute

Set to Nordic Language and click Execute
- Test that it works.
Note. If it doesn't work, we recommend buying a newer printer model. LP2844 is no longer produced or supported and it doesn't support newer printing methods.
