If you wish to change your sender address in Ticket, follow these steps:
- In Ticket, go to New Bookings > Settings and check the box next to Show save sender button, located under Production.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- Go to New Bookings > New and select the Sender tab.
- Change the address and click Save as default.
- Choose the level you want to apply the changes to and click OK. If you want to save the sender address to a specific product or carrier only, start by choosing this as the first thing, before you click the Save as default button.
If your Sender tab or some of the address fields are not visible, click the action wheel and make sure the appropriate fields are checked. Click Save to save your configuration.
