If you have forgotten your password to nShift Portal, you can easily reset it.
- Click the Forgot password? link on the Portal login page:
- Enter your username or e-mail and click Reset password. You will receive an e-mail shortly. Click the link in the e-mail to reset your password. The link is active for 1 hour and will send you to a page where you can enter a new password.
Please contact nShift Customer Service if you have forgotten your login name (can be a username or email address).
Remember to update your email
If you change your email address it is important to update your profile information in Portal, in case you ever need to reset your password. If you enter the wrong password more than 5 times, your account will be locked. If this happens, an email with a reset password link will automatically be sent to the email address registered on your profile.
Contact nShift Customer Service, if your account is locked and your e-mail information is wrong or missing.
Password requirements
Your password must contain at least one lowercase character, one uppercase character, one digit, and one special character, and be at least 8 characters long. It cannot exceed 40 characters and it cannot contain spaces.
Note: Due to GDPR regulations, nShift can never create a password for you. You must create your own password and never provide it to our customer service.
