As default the time zone used in Ticket is decided by the server. The default time zone is CET (Central European Time) which equals UTC +1 (Universal Time Coordinated).
However, it is possible to change the time zone in your Ticket. This may be ideal if the server is not in the same time zone as you or you have users in multiple countries across different time zones.
Follow these 3 steps to change your time zone:
- In Ticket, go to New Bookings > Settings.
- In the Dates section, choose your time zone from the drop-down list.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the Settings page.
The Print time in Outbox and the Batch Date in Batches will now reflect your new time zone.
