Alpi is changing its EDI format to XML for all road products under subcarrier Road. All affected nShift customers have received information about this directly from Alpi.

The change has been released on 2023-09-04. After the release, all customers running nShift On-premises must run a carrier update. Instructions on how to run a carrier update can be found here.

No action is required for Ticket and Shipment Server customers.
